What does one video cost?
A video costs 100 credits to set up plus 50 credits a minute. An 8-minute video is 500 credits, a 12-minute video is 700, and a 30-minute video is 1,600. With your own script, the setup is 50 credits. With your own voiceover, each minute is 40 credits, so a 12-minute video with both is 530. You pick any length from 3 to 60 minutes. If a video fails, every credit comes back automatically.
What if I run out of credits?
Buy a top-up: 500 credits for £12, 2,000 for £39, or 10,000 for £149. Or switch on auto top-up and we add credits at £12 per 500 when you run low, up to a monthly limit you set. At renewal, you keep unused credits up to one month's allowance, top-ups included. We remove credits above that limit.
What is the founding offer?
The first 100 customers get 30% off their monthly price with code FOUNDING. We add the code for you at checkout, so you do not have to type it. You keep 30% off for as long as your subscription stays active. When all 100 places are taken, the offer closes for good.
Do you do refunds?
We do not do cash refunds, but a job that goes wrong costs you nothing. If a job fails before you get a finished video, the whole credit charge for that job comes back to your balance automatically, and that includes an outage at one of our suppliers. If you cancel a job before the render starts, the whole charge comes back too. If something else fails through a fault on our side, say a sustained outage or a billing mistake we made, we put a service credit on your account to make it right. We do not refund a video you did not like, views or monetisation that did not happen, or misuse of the tool. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are untouched and always apply.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract and no lock-in. Cancel from your account settings and your plan keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. Nothing renews after that.
What happens if I change plan partway through a month?
Upgrades take effect immediately and the new credit allowance is available straight away, with the change reflected on your next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period so you keep what you have already paid for.
